Job Requirements Of The Insurance Litigation Attorney
- 3-7 years of experience in insurance law, with a focus on first-party and third-party liability matters
- Proven experience in handling insurance claims, coverage disputes, and litigation
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Manage a diverse caseload of first-party and third-party insurance matters
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on insurance-related issues
- Maintain regular communication with clients and update them on case developments
