We are seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Attorney with 3-7 years of practice in first-party and third-party liability insurance matters to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance law, excellent advocacy skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Job Requirements Of The Insurance Litigation Attorney
  • 3-7 years of experience in insurance law, with a focus on first-party and third-party liability matters
  • Proven experience in handling insurance claims, coverage disputes, and litigation
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities Of The Insurance Litigation Attorney
  • Manage a diverse caseload of first-party and third-party insurance matters
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and draft legal documents
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on insurance-related issues
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and update them on case developments
