Requirements
- 7 years practice with labor and employment (defense)/ PAGA/ wage and hour, single plaintiff etc.
- CA licensure, in good standing
- Ability to handle cases from beginning to end with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and writing skills
- Flexible work schedule
- Reasonable billable hour requirement
