Responsibilities/Duties And Experience Preferred
- Emphasis on commercial litigation from case inception to resolution
- Courtroom experience; 2-3 years of trial experience a plus
- Discovery and motion practice through mediation and trial
- Conduct legal research and provide written analysis; draft legal pleadings
- Lead in depositions, mediations, evidentiary hearings
- Team collaborations on case strategies; strong interpersonal skills required
