- self-motivated litigation paralegal with at least 5 years of experience and ideally heavy litigation experience, insurance defense or Personal Injury
- Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- In addition, this position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff.
- Experience in litigation from commencement of a lawsuit through trial, including outstanding proficiency with document management software, document productions, and other pre-trial matters using various programs.
- Candidates must also be detail-oriented, organized, a team player with attorneys and staff, have excellent interviewing skills, and have the ability to work professionally with clients.

Salary and bonus/earning opportunities are competitive and will based on level of experience.
