Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering or operations management preferred
- MUST HAVE 5-7 years of experience in Plastics Injection in a manufacturing industry
- Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and electrical equipment
- Maintenace Supervisor experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement roles including supervising teams of people.
- WILL RELOCATE THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
- Previous experience working in a Lean environment preferred.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus.
- Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
