Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Field Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong electrical skills, including expertise with wiring, fixtures, and controls.
• Basic plumbing skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve common issues.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Physical fitness and strength.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
