Our client, a veteran-owned business with over 100 years of experience in recycling, has been serving the tri-state area since 2014.

They provide recycling services and convenient purchasing options for their customers. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are experienced in warehouse management and a background in recycling that are looking to take on a leadership role.

As an Electronics Recycling Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 20 employees, managing logistics, attendance, payroll, operations, billing, audits, safety, and overall warehouse culture.

A working knowledge in the following areas would be a big plus :

• EBAY store (listing, purchasing, selling and general price ideas)
• Demanufacturing of products and the process
• IT Department and the refurbishing and bulk sales of products

Position Responsibilities :

• Manage warehouse facility electronics recycling operations and up to 20 dedicated employees
• Oversee logistics of outgoing pickups and incoming deliveries of tractor trailers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a positive warehouse culture
• Handle attendance, payroll, operations, billing, and audits

Position Essential Job Functions :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recycling warehouse management or recycling yard management (electronic recycling a big plus)
• Experience managing a team of at least 20 employees
• Strong background in logistics, operations, and safety compliance
• Ability to handle audits and maintain a positive warehouse culture

Position Skills :

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Benefits :

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000
