Required knowledge, skills and abilities for Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer:
- 4 year engineering degree
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Green belt/black belt
- 7 years experience in high volume process based food manufacturing
- Ability to teach manufacturing and technical concepts
- Hands on approach, being on the floor with equipment and operator
- Proficient in Excel
- Well known, popular brand that continues to bring new items to the table
