Join us as a Medical Waste Disposal Sales Representative! Help grow our healthcare waste management solutions by building relationships in the medical sector, acquiring new sales, and ensuring renewals for biohazard waste disposal services.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Prospect Outreach
  • Find leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Give persuasive presentations on benefits of our biohazard waste disposal solutions.
Sales & Business Growth
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Negotiate contracts for sustainable growth and client satisfaction.
Healthcare Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain and expand client relationships while exploring upsell opportunities.
  • Quickly address and resolve medical waste disposal queries.
Medical Waste Market Analysis
  • Monitor competitors in the medical waste removal sector for pricing, new products, and trends.
  • Evaluate market shifts and competitor offerings to suggest service changes.
Inter-Department Collaboration
  • Collaborate with customer support and waste operations teams for seamless service delivery and quick issue resolution.
  • Transmit customer feedback to product development teams.
Continuous Learning
  • Participate in professional development, network in the medical waste industry, and stay current on trends and regulations.
QualificationsEducation:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related medical field.
Experience
  • 2 years sales experience in healthcare waste solutions or similar industry.
  • Proven track record in sales growth and client acquisition.
Skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in presentations, negotiations, and sales
  • Experienced with healthcare CRM tools and MS Office
  • Knowledgeable in biohazard waste management practices
