Job Responsibilities :

• Install molds into machines based on work order specifications.
• Follow and document process parameters to ensure consistent and repeatable results.
• Safely and efficiently perform mold changes, utilizing a crane hoist when necessary.
• Adjust molding parameters to achieve high-quality parts and optimize cycle times.
• Participate in OSHA compliance activities to maintain a safe work environment.
• Configure robots and End of Arm tooling for part and runner removal.
• Address and resolve issues related to unacceptable reject levels promptly.
• Respond promptly to machine alarms to minimize downtime.
• Handle materials, molds, and tooling with care and responsibility.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between shifts.
• Ensure continuous operation of production equipment.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote awareness of company goals.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and manual dexterity for typing and writing.
• Wear required PPE, including back brace and steel toe shoes when necessary.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented with training in molding operations.

Experience :

• Over 2 years of experience in injection molding.
• Demonstrated ability in a supervisory or leadership role within a similar environment.
