Join our team at a leading provider in the ag dealership industry, located in Le Mars, Iowa. We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Person to join our parts department.

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts for their equipment needs.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in parts management, preferably in the industry industry.
• Strong knowledge of parts cataloging systems and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Compensation :

• Competitive hourly wage of $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus potential, with the opportunity to earn a few thousand dollars annually.
