Pediatric Occupational Therapist Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to children with diverse developmental and sensory needs. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the therapist will ensure comprehensive care while providing guidance to parents and caregivers for home-based support.

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individualized treatment goals.
- Develop and implement engaging treatment plans to address developmental and sensory challenges.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate therapy goals into overall care plans.
- Provide education and support to parents and caregivers to promote carryover of therapy objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Occupational Therapy Degree and Licensure in the state.
- Previous experience working with children in a pediatric setting.
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and pediatric therapy techniques.
- Certification in Pediatrics or related field preferred.
- Experience with sensory processing disorders and sensory integration interventions is advantageous.
