Plant Manger Responsibilities
- Inspire and Lead: Guide the maintenance team through daily operations
- Hands-On Management: Oversee and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment checks
- Strategize and Prioritize: Organize tasks to hit production goals and minimize downtime
- Safety First: Uphold safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate and Optimize: Work with management on exciting projects to enhance production efficiency
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in crusher maintenance (jaws/cones/VSI)
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a surface mining environment
- Maintenance Experience: Preffered 3-5 years
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize and delegate tasks effectively
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Commitment to Safety: Strong dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and fostering team growth
