Seeking a Sales Manager with plastics industry experience. Position includes profit sharing bonus.

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a regional sales team, setting goals and quotas, and ensuring direct reports receive the proper training.

Must be open for between 50-75% travel.

• Previous experience managing outside sales reps
• Industry knowledge/experience with at least one of the following: plastics, rubbers, and/or packaging products
• Experience working with Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
