I am partnered with a well-established company in the architecture industry. Seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our client's team. As a Project Architect, where you will be responsible for planning, programming, project management, and architectural design. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals
  • Develop architectural designs and concepts
  • Create and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project success
  • Review and approve construction documents and specifications
  • Conduct site visits and provide construction administration support
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance throughout project lifecycles
Position Requirements
  • State Licensed Architect or equivalent
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in planning, programming, project management, and architectural design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Knowledge/skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop
  • Experienced in schematic through construction document phases
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of an audience
  • Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
