The successful Project Manager will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial Construction field and be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating multiple projects, and overseeing budgets. The Project Manager will also be responsible for evaluating existing processes, recommending improvements, and creating/implementing solutions.
Essential Job Functions Of The Project Manager Include
- Creating and managing project plans, budgets and timelines
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Developing strategies to improve the customer experience
- Collaborating with teams to coordinate and develop processes
- Making presentations to senior managers to present solutions
- Evaluating processes, identifying potential solutions and implementing improvements
