Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This position allows you to contribute to exciting and challenging projects with a tight knit, experienced team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage project planning, execution, and completion for concrete and paving projects.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work quality and safety.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing concrete or paving projects in heavy civil construction.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with contract negotiation, budget management, and cost control.
