Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- HACCP (Hazardous Analysis of Critical Control Points) integration into the facility.
- QA (Quality Assurance) procedures.
- SSOP (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures)
- SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Pre-Operation Inspection
- Food Defense
- Monitor both shifts to ensure all QA technicians and Plant Supervisors understand what procedures are being performed. Ensures each procedure is clearly written, understood, properly implemented and record keeping requirements are met.
