• 3-8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
• Experience with real estate closings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of commercial leases and loans.
• Ability to work closely with attorneys.
• Fantastic organizational skills.
• Draft affidavits and prepare for depositions.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Collaborate with landlords, real estate brokers, and other professionals.
• Maintain organization of court cases and related material.
• Assist attorneys with secretarial tasks and court case assistance.

Salary: $50,000 - $$55,000

Salary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00
