Position: Residential Construction Estimator/Purchaser
Schedule: HYBRID!!! Currently, the position entails three days in-office and two days remote work.
Job Description: As an Estimator/Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring precise take-offs and budgets, managing material procurement, and balancing cost efficiency with quality standards.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Estimating costs, conducting quantity take-offs, and overseeing budgets.
- Identifying and addressing cost discrepancies.
- Collaborating on product development with architects and design teams.
- Providing support to field supervisors.
- Maintaining the product database and offering support to the sales team.
- Issuing timely purchase and work orders.
- Conducting cost analysis and updating price files.
- Tracking and estimating costs for plan changes.
- Building and managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Tech Savvy
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually (negotiable up to $80,000 based on market factors).
- Annual bonus.
