Come aboard as a Sales Representative!

Exciting times lie ahead as our company embarks on a journey of rapid expansion, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Sales Representatives.

You'll be stationed at one of our office hubs, with opportunities for occasional travel to engage with both existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships while nurturing existing ones
  • Collaborate closely with account representatives and managers within your designated office
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and crucial performance benchmarks, including revenue, gross profit, and load count
  • Maintain comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) records
  • Ensure seamless customer handover and onboarding processes
  • Secure a minimum of 3 new clients each quarter, including potential expansions within our existing client base
  • Travel to client sites, both established and prospective, for approximately 15-25 days annually
  • Regularly participate in managerial meetings
  • Successfully complete the Sales Drive Assessment

Requirements :

  • While prior logistics experience is not mandatory, a minimum of 1 year in sales is preferred
  • Eligibility for up to 30% of your salary in quarterly incentives tied to achieving KPIs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude
  • Demonstrated ambition to excel and surpass expectations
