gpac is Hiring a Sales rep Near Fort Worth, TX

Our client has been a top provider for builders in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1960. They offer everything from lumber, panel products, prefab trusses, doors, moldings, hardwoods and windows.

They are privately held, and employee owned with a tenured staff, tight-knit family feel and very family oriented. They are looking to add 2-3 Outside Sales reps to their team.

Ideal candidate :

  • Industry experience selling to builders and contractors.
  • Lumber, siding, trusses, studs, plywood, steel, sheetrock, OSB
  • Self-starter that is easy to get along with

Company highlights :

  • Employee owned; they offer a stock option retirement.
  • Company pays a large portion of the employee’s health premiums.
  • Love to promote from within
  • Very tenured employees. VP has been there 41 of the 64 years that they have been in business. He started out in their billing department and has worked his way up over the years into leadership.
  • Biggest customer is DR Horton, their niche is custom home builders
  • They also own a truss plant, door manufacturing facility, and a hardwood side that provides wood to cabinet manufacturers.

Base pay is 54k with commission.
