We are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Detailer who is proficient in detailing PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings) structures using Tekla software.

Job Summary : The Structural Steel Detailer will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings for structural steel components of PEMB structures.

This role requires expertise in using Tekla software to ensure all drawings meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed structural steel drawings and models for PEMB structures using Tekla software.
• Interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and design data.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of detailing work.
• Verify and resolve any discrepancies or conflicts in project drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings, erection plans, and other documentation required for fabrication and construction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and company quality requirements.
• Provide support during the fabrication and construction phases as needed.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in structural steel detailing, specifically with PEMB structures.
• Proficiency in Tekla software.
• Strong understanding of structural steel design, detailing, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural steel detailing.
