Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Superintendent from a subcontracting background to oversee subcontracting operations. This pivotal role is designed for a professional who excels in the construction industry, particularly in excavation and deep foundation work. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations, with a clear pathway to advance into higher operational leadership roles.

Compensation And BenefitsSalary: $160,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience (DOE)
Company Vehicle: A vehicle provided for ease of transportation and work-related travel

Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
Required Experience8 years or more of subcontracting experience Piling and Deep Foundation construction, expertise in Excavation and a solid background in Support of Excavation systems.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week with potential for alternate Saturdays as project demands necessitate.
