Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the construction of multi-family residential projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed to quality standards and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to resolve any construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking and controlling costs, and providing regular cost reports to project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction, with a focus on multi-family residential projects.
- Proven track record of successfully completing multi-family projects from beginning to end.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
