Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and designers to ensure that project specifications and requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage on-site personnel and ensure that all workers are properly trained and following all safety protocols.
- Maintain an organized and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Travel to project sites across the country, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a superintendent
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the country.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
