Job Title: Trust and Estate Associate Attorney

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Associate Attorney to join our esteemed team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of demonstrated expertise in trust and estate law, coupled with a passion for providing exceptional legal services to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of trust and estate matters, encompassing estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration.
  • Draft and meticulously review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and wealth management, tailored to their individual needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless representation of clients, fostering a team-oriented approach to achieving optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in trust and estate law, with a proven track record of success in managing complex legal matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, with a client-centric approach to legal practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work product consistently.
