For a Michelin-caliber, high-end project in Manhattan, we are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Beverage Manager to join and lead our team. Candidates must have proven success as a confident, effective, and efficient leader who is able to motivate and work collaboratively with Front and Back of House staff. An ideal candidate will have the ability to ensure efficient bar operations, maintain high productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Candidates will need to lead by example and uplift staff during busy moments in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking someone who is both a leader and a creative to take complete ownership over operations of the bar. Responsibilities

• New Menus - R&D, scale, execute, order guide
• Complete overview of Space: set up, prepping for service, stocking
• Work wine/bar service: being the face of the space
• Train and mentor new team members
• Ensure adherence to service and health standards
• Weekly and monthly inventories
• Place orders and manage relationships with vendors / partners
• Collaborate and oversee kitchen team
• Maintain quality of work and and product on a daily basis
• Jack/Jill of All Trades– can do it all as well as anyone on the team
• Oversee and manage maintenance of the space
