Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities
- Ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Help to enforce property policies and procedures
- Assist with the marketing and advertising of the property
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Experience with Yardi preferred
