We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours of the property and available units
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from potential residents
• Provide detailed information about the property, including availability, leasing terms, and amenities
• Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements
• Coordinate and conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing and renewal activity
• Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and community activities
• Ensure that the property is well-maintained and presents a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is a plus
• Proficiency in Yardi software is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High level of professionalism and a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
