These partnerships enable us to accelerate students interested in technical careers, by preparing them through a credentialed work-based learning solution.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial in growing our brand and services through effective digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling content that supports our mission and expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will report to the Director of Marketing to execute impactful digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Develop engaging social media posts, banner ads, and other digital assets that align with our mission and brand.
- Collaborate with the Graphic/Communication Designer to ensure visual consistency across all content.
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid ads.
- Manage the organization's Google Ad Grant.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and content distribution to maximize online visibility and engagement.
- Update and manage website content and page creation using platforms like WordPress, ensuring a user-friendly experience. Work with GPS Ed’s agency to optimize SEO and enhance website performance. This could include developing a new website(s) for the organization.
- UX Design
- Develop and execute social media strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Engage with online audiences and monitor metrics to guide future campaigns.
- Use HubSpot or similar tools to manage campaigns, track leads, and analyze performance. Ensure smooth integration with CRM systems.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, website traffic, and social media performance.
- Provide actionable insights to improve digital marketing strategies.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness, focusing on learning and adapting to emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, campaign management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI-driven tools to enhance marketing efforts.
- Strong writing and design skills to develop compelling digital content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Use constructive feedback to problem-solve effective solutions.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to take initiative, with autonomy and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
