GQR Healthcare - Permanent / Direct Hire Division

New York, NY

Office Location: 408 W 14th St, New York, NY 10014

Hybrid Schedule: In office Tuesday - Thursday, Remote Mon & Fri

8am-6pm

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities with large hospital systems and facilities around the country
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand in permanent and direct hire efforts
  • Execute new direct contracts with hospital systems across the country
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

  • 5 years prior industry related business development experience - either in a healthcare in STEM recruitment market
  • Experience getting direct contracts in place with large facilities to staff permanent positions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
