Hybrid - In office Tuesday-Thursday

This position is to join our Healthcare Staffing division, based in Austin (12th Street), as a Recruiter within the Healthcare division with training provided.

The Opportunity:

This is a 180-recruitment desk role. You will be reporting into a team lead and working closely with them for the advancement of the business. You will be responsible to source, interview, and qualify candidates weekly; match candidates to open positions and present them to multiple open jobs weekly to make successful placements. This role will involve placing clinical professionals into contract staffing roles.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of recruitment agency experience
  • Healthcare staffing experience preferred working at a staffing agency
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare Staffing
  • Experience managing high volumes of candidates working on assignment.
  • Experience placing candidates on contract assignments
  • Extensive experience working in highly targeted fast paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing or start up organization
  • Comfortable with KPIs and proven track record of successful performance
  • High personal performance deliverables in-line with global growth strategy
