Position: Senior/Executive Medical Director, Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance

Are you a seasoned product safety physician with a passion for drug safety and pharmacovigilance? We are looking for a Senior/Executive Medical Director to join our leadership team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and develop benefit-risk management staff while serving as a global safety officer for our investigational and marketed products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of safety professionals.
• Oversee therapeutic area/product safety strategies.
• Act as the global safety officer for assigned products.
• Communicate safety information effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• MD, MD PhD, or MD MPH with a minimum of 10 years of drug safety experience.
• Proven experience in managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of US and EU pre- and post-marketing regulations.

Note: This position offers a competitive salary range of $300,000 - $375,000 annually, with a target bonus of 27.5%, $65,000 in RSUs, and $35,000 in stock options.
