- Conduct thorough assessments of athletes’ injuries, medical history, and physical condition
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, focusing on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing further injury
- Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to address musculoskeletal issues and promote optimal recovery
- Work closely with athletes, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize the overall treatment plan
- Provide education and guidance on injury prevention, exercise techniques, and self-management strategies
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure progress and achievement of rehabilitation goals
- Maintain timely, accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Organize and participate in community, schools, clubs, fitness facilities, etc., events
- Maintain a clean workspace and gym throughout the day
- Clean and sanitize all equipment at the end of the day
- Have open communication with coworkers, front office, and upper management
- Communication-Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, clearly and concisely

- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Master’s degree or equivalent; or 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Preferred Certifications:CSCS, PES, ATC, USAW, SCS, OCS, Cert DN
The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office and clinical environment.
