PURPOSE : This position will supervise, schedule, implement and evaluate the clinical operations and all related activities for patients and staff of Grace Healthcare Services' clinical program.
Job Description :
- Develop agenda, schedule and manage the Regional Manager Meetings
- Monitor and manage the Face-to-Face visits to confirm timelines and relevance
- Complete performance evaluations for all direct reports including staff performing face to face visits. Work with Human Resources on any employee counseling
- Direct process to receive prior authorizations for Medicare Part D. Track and report all third-party Medicare Part D Provider claims
- Assist with the preparation of ADR, RAC, ZPIC audits and Medicare Part D appeals
- Track and monitor status of all audits in process of being reviewed by intermediary
- Assist with support of the field and office clinical staff; this includes riding in the field and role modeling for staff nurses in the field.
- Provide feedback to Regional Managers for counseling and performance reviews
- Be a resource for Community Representatives and Intake Staff, provide guidance for clinically complex patients
