The Survey Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation of designated Grace Hill survey products in accordance with the customer contract and package selected. The Implementation Manager will work collaboratively with client contacts and internal teams to ensure high quality and on-time execution of survey launches.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, including client calls and communicating major updates and deadlines
• Define and manage implementation timeline that meets client business objectives and adheres to strict internal timelines
• Work with client and internal teams to ensure a successful implementation that is on schedule and within contracted scope of work
• Facilitate collection and setup of implementation requirements, including all functional, customization, and integration/technical projects
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful transitions for clients, from contract signing through successful Survey launch, Reporting, and Action Planning
• Conduct training sessions on using Grace Hill proprietary software
• Serve as subject matter expert for survey implementation and product best practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in SaaS/software implementation, customer success, or related field preferred
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with a drive to succeed
• Experience with questionnaire design or real estate is a plus
• Comfortable with limited travel (1-4 trips annually)
