Founded in 1935, the Community at Rockhill (www.communityatrockhill.org) is a residential community for adults 65 and older located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. As a Life Plan Community, Rockhill offers a continuum of care that includes Residential Living, Personal Care for adults who need assistance with daily activities, and Health Care for individuals in need of 24-hour support.
POSITION SUMMARY:Assist with various Accounts Payable (A/P), Billing and Finance duties. This role will provide hands-on experience in finance operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Minimum PreferredEducation Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. High School diploma and/or equivalent plus additional accounting related classes.
Experience Some exposure to basic finance or accounting principles through coursework or related extracurricular activities

- Handle A/P filing and organization to ensure accurate record-keeping every Friday.
- Enter temporary help invoices weekly into the system for processing.
- Enter Construction-in-Process (CIP) into excel weekly.
- Update all attachments in Great Plains for vendors and verify tax identification numbers as needed.
- Filing year end records to storage.
- Aid in bank reconciliation processes the first week of the month to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist in uploading billing data into the system for processing monthly.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities, monthly.
- Support retainer fee reconciliation to marketing department.
- Conduct petty cash audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
