We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment, can communicate and problem-solve effectively, and is passionate about great food. This is a job for the cook who has high standards, but is tired of negative kitchen environments. - Minimum two-years experience in a quality-driven, high-volume restaurant
Responsibilities:
- The ability to taste and describe menu items to customers
- Work in community with your fellow cooks and baristas
- Great attention to detail and ability to closely follow direction
- Execute proper plate presentation and garnishes for soups and salads
- Know and adhere to Farley’s standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and procedures
- Ability to adopt the Clean-As-You-Go mindset
- Maintaining a clean station according to Food Safety and Farley's standard
