This is a Full Time Day shift position.
Compensation: $16.00 / hour
What do you get to do?

• General maintenance, repair and service at an apartment complex for elderly persons with disabilities
• Responsible for unit turnovers
• Utilize skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other apartment repairs

What do you need?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to demonstrate well-rounded maintenance skills
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, gas & electric furnaces and heat pump units
