Responsibilities:
- Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to the organization
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve organizational goals
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive process improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, staff, partners, and donors
- Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and events
- Collaborate with the board of directors to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as an executive director or similar position
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving growth targets
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams
- Proficient in strategic planning, project management, and operations management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences
-PA Personal Care Home Administrator credentials preferred
