During the internship, you will work on projects that align with the needs of the business that allow you to have a hand in key company initiatives. Throughout the summer you will be invited to attend educational and social events and will complete a final presentation on your internship experience. Job Purpose Graco is looking for a Digital Product Manager Masters Intern to join our digital transformation team. In this position, you will play a supportive role in identifying opportunities and developing digital solutions as per customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in digital product management. This person must have a customer-first mindset working to translate the needs of users into digital business opportunities. This position will work with innovative teams with the sole purpose of developing and supporting innovative solutions that will shape and influence the digital face of Graco. Essential Duties Support in driving digital strategy and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process Help the team in crafting a product vision (short- and long-term) and convert it to concrete strategy Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities Interact with business owners and agile product teams to help build roadmaps that will be reflected in the company's broader portfolio planning Interact with executive team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues Interact regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization in an agile environment. Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors Professional Competencies, Skills & Qualifications Core Skills One year completed towards Masters Degree in Business Analytics, or related field. Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field desired. Highly motivated, self-starter desired. Eager to learn. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Dedicated team player with interpersonal skills to work effectively with end-users and co-workers.
