Job Purpose Graco is looking for a Digital Product Manager Masters Intern to join our digital transformation team. In this position, you will play a supportive role in identifying opportunities and developing digital solutions as per customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in digital product management. This person must have a customer-first mindset working to translate the needs of users into digital business opportunities. This position will work with innovative teams with the sole purpose of developing and supporting innovative solutions that will shape and influence the digital face of Graco. Essential Duties Support in driving digital strategy and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process Help the team in crafting a product vision (short- and long-term) and convert it to concrete strategy Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities Interact with business owners and agile product teams to help build roadmaps that will be reflected in the company's broader portfolio planning Interact with executive team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues Interact regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization in an agile environment.
