The Digital Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the product value of Graco’s channel partner experience product by defining and prioritizing product features for enterprise-wide digital initiatives. You will work closely with the Digital Strategy Manager to define product features according to product vision, roadmap, and strategy. As a Digital Product Owner, you will lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post-production support. You will collaborate with key functional experts to design, build, and document solutions that achieve business needs and determine the future of how Graco technology solutions engage and interact with their intended audience. Responsibilities Partner with Channel Partner Experience product manager to execute product roadmaps aligned to product strategy and vision, consistent with business goals and customer needs to achieve desired KPIs Identify, define, and document system improvements and new features based on customer and internal feedback analysis, usability data, and interactions with various stakeholders across the company (marketing, analytics, sales, customer support, etc.) Lead agile processes including story creation, backlog refinement, product demonstrations, and stakeholder/leadership reporting. Identify project duration, scope, effort, sequence, and task dependencies required to meet applicable project objectives on time and within budget Manage software releases through the entirety of the software development lifecycle, including communication at all levels, from developers through business stakeholders Provide visibility of project status to executive leadership while proactively and clearly communicate changes in scope and delivery Evaluate current Agile practices, collect internal data and industry trends, and create plans for process improvements Responsible for owning the operational processes, documentation, governance, and authoring procedures of Graco owned website(s) to increase digital adoption, usage and competence Conduct and facilitate quality assurance tests on new and existing development deliverables for completeness and correctness to business requirements and functional specifications Create and maintain user test plans; Work with end users and developers to perform system and regression testing Provide leadership to product development teams to drive technical development efficiencies Mentor junior business analysts across other product teams Required Qualifications BS/BA in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent) 5 years of digital product owner or business analyst experience required Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques (Scrum, JIRA, confluence) Experience leading and executing large-scale development initiatives Experience creating digital content publishing workflows, or similar content management workflows Experience with enterprise content management systems, eCommerce, CRM, and third-party integrations Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with development teams and divisional stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to organize and train teams in geographically dispersed locations Power to Be At Graco, the Power to Be means providing the support, resources and freedom to pave your own way.
