Relationship Manager / Account Manager

Location: Chicago (Remote)

Salary: up to $120k

Are you a natural people person with a knack for building strong relationships? Do you excel in strategic thinking? We have an exciting opportunity for you as a Relationship Manager Associate. This role involves fostering partnerships with dealers and sales managers while providing exceptional customer service within the Auto Finance business. You will support outside sales managers by influencing 60-80 dealerships and building positive relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with dealerships.
• Communicate strategically with dealerships over the phone to create deals and achieve goals.
• Review and manage the underwriting process for auto finance deals.
• Guide deals through the funding process.
• Analyze and set production goals for specific territories.
• Collaborate with peers and teammates to achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or Business-to-Business Sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• At least 2 years of experience in Auto Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Relations.
• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service.
