Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their Small Business & Consumer Operations team in Florham Park, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing transaction codes, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting various business processes. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our services to small business and consumer clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, manage, and optimize transaction codes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to transaction processing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to transaction codes and business processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of transaction processing systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on transaction code management and related processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of transaction codes and their application in banking operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
