Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their Small Business & Consumer Operations team in Florham Park, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing transaction codes, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting various business processes. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our services to small business and consumer clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, manage, and optimize transaction codes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to transaction processing.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to transaction codes and business processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of transaction processing systems, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
