Analytics Process Architect - Business Intelligence

Location: Raynham (Hybrid)

Salary: up to $160k

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analytics Process Architect to join our team, focusing on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) features within our technology products and business workflows. The ideal candidate will document business processes, identify technical dependencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. This role requires knowledge of both conventional and generative AI technologies, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Analytics Process Architect will drive innovation and efficiency by leveraging AI to enhance products and streamline processes, contributing to the company's strategic goals and competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Produce detailed documentation of business requirements for AI features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Technical Dependencies: Identify and document technical dependencies for AI implementations, collaborating with technical teams for effective management.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and gather insights and feedback.
  • AI Feature Implementation: Coordinate AI-related projects to ensure timely and within-scope delivery, working closely with development teams.
  • Business Workflow Enhancement: Identify opportunities for AI to optimize existing workflows and propose AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure AI initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives and contribute to competitive advantage, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with AI integration and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with AI technology and business analysis practices, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations.
  • User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new AI features, providing ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience:
  • 10 years of business process and/or business analysis experience.
  • 3 years of project management experience.
  • Previous experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of property insurance business concepts and processes.
  • Expertise in techniques and tools for functional design, business process improvement, and data analysis.
  • AI literate: able to understand and articulate AI concepts, challenges, and capabilities.
  • Data literate: able to understand and articulate data challenges and their impacts on analytics.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to provide direction and influence decisions.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with business and information technology groups.
