Business Analyst

Salary: $126,000 - $210,000

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP ATTP Serialization Business Analyst to join our SAP Distribution Center Technologies – ATTP Center of Expertise team. This role involves leading the implementation, support, and evolution of technology solutions in compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) across various business units. The position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise, focusing on ensuring that all DSCSA guidelines are effectively implemented within our serialization systems and related applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DSCSA Implementation: Oversee the implementation of DSCSA regulations for designated business units.
• Technological Expertise: Serve as the technological expert for DSCSA within one of the business units.
• Project Alignment: Drive alignment on key project activities, metrics, and roadmaps for each business unit.
• Collaboration: Work with development and support teams to address business unit needs, and collaborate with WMS, ERP, Analytics, and customer-facing application teams to adopt new DSCSA regulations.
• System Configuration: Design, configure, and maintain SAP ATTP programs and related technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with suppliers and customers to drive DSCSA regulation adoption.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document, recommend, and present system enhancements and alternatives to meet business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis of major incidents and provide solutions to increase system availability and customer satisfaction.
• On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for after-hours escalations from support teams.
• Methodologies: Utilize Agile/Waterfall methodologies to configure solutions and test development/customizations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience.
• Working experience with DSCSA Serialization solutions (SAP ATTP), including configuration.
• Understanding of GS1 (EPCIS) standards and master data requirements for serialization.
• Experience with the implementation of DSCSA regulations.
• Functional background in logistics and WMS processes.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various levels of the organization.
• Ability to work with both business users and technical aspects, including understanding programming code.
• Self-starter with a strong understanding of processes and procedures associated with enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP HANA Studio, ABAP, and SAP ECC.
• Understanding of distribution center operations.
• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe Lean environment using Jira.

Educational Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience.
