Job Description: As a Junior Relationship Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will assist in managing client relationships, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with some financial experience to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios, including preparing reports, conducting financial analysis, and providing administrative support.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients.
• Prepare and present client proposals, financial statements, and other relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
• Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Participate in client meetings and support the development of strategic client relationships.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in banking, finance, or a related field is a plus.
