Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Associate - Content Designer to join our dynamic Consumer Card & Bank team in New York. As a key member of our content design team, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging, user-centric content that enhances their customer experience across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that support business objectives and user needs.
• User Experience Design: Craft clear, concise, and compelling content that enhances the user experience, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and tone.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform content decisions and iterate on content based on user feedback and analytics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and integrated user experiences.
• Content Management: Maintain and update content across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and regulatory compliance.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content and content processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience with journalism, content creation, UX writing, editorial or information architecture disciplines
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in content management systems and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
