About the Role:

They is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Director of Financial Management to lead the Enterprise Product & Experience Finance team. This role will be crucial in driving financial performance and strategy for the enterprise product and experience teams, providing financial insights and leadership to enhance decision-making, optimize performance, and support the company's ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing finance team to provide strategic financial guidance, insights, and recommendations to the Enterprise Product & Experience teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee and drive the strategic financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Lead in-depth financial analysis, scenario modeling, and performance tracking for key product and experience initiatives. Provide actionable insights to enhance profitability, optimize investments, and drive growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership, providing financial expertise and supporting data-driven decision-making across various cross-functional teams.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor key financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and achieve business targets.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and presentation to senior leadership, board members, and other stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a focus on product and experience finance.
  • Strong leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing finance teams.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; financial services or technology sector experience is a plus.
